I love it when I purchase parsnips at the grocery store. Invariably at checkout, I have to explain to the cashier what they are. Parsnips are definitely an undiscovered delight!
Made these step by step last night they were delicious!!!!!!
I love parsnips cut in about 1/8 thick round medallions and sautéed in butter. They are so sweet !!!!
I LOVE parsnips. I use them all the time, esp in stews and soups...very much like I would use potatoes.
