Don’t knock the Microlight tent lads! They can handle the heaviest of heavy weather, but they need to be pitched properly or the inner sags, that and the leupold scope are mint! You can keep the rest 😂

Great hunt fellas, I’ve done a fair bit of visual communication over in 50 years in industry and just a tip for your sponsor clips in the credits for identification and recognition of a logo for memory recall allow about 7 seconds of screen time per Logo with dissolve or slide transitions between them , your viewers will have time to relate to where they saw the product and how you used it, leaving them with a subliminal endorsement.. your sponsors will thank you and it will be easier to ask again for their support, a win win. Long range, yup this is one of the problems as there is no pride in there. Hunting should be banned except when “clearing” up over population . Go walk, climb , get up early, enjoy the sceneries ,film but leave nature intact and at peace.

We’ve never actually got it measured to be honest. We really should just out of interest. We got it mounted by sika country taxidermy and it looks amazing on the wall.

We use a Burris eliminator 3 on the .300WSM and a leupold vx5 on the .308

Thanks! Sometimes they are come in to try and fight what they think is another stag. But sometimes they will just call back and hold their position. Especially if they have a hind in season. But if they call back it gives you an idea of where they are and you can try sneak in on them

They are both x bolts. The camo one is .308 and the black one it .300WSM

Yes this was on public land. We never scored the head. It’s length was 39” so it wasn’t really massive but a good mature stag so we were stoked.

Nope we just cut it up and put it in our bags rather than take the whole animal out in one piece.
