Predictions for Jesus at Sheffield: 478 squat (world record), 282.5 bench press, and 420.5 deadlift (world record) for a world record total of 1181kg/2604lbs. His goal is to hit 2600lbs I think he's got it. For Sheffield 2025 I think he'll hit 1200kg.

I was thinking more like 477.5 KG squat, 277.5 Bench press and a 425KG deadlift for a total of 1180 KG or 2601 pounds.

I hope once Jesus beats Bell’s wrapped record (which he almost certainly will at some point soon) he’ll go over to strongman. He’ll have no more challenges in powerlifting, but he could go conquer another sport. Plus it doesn’t hurt that strongman has a bunch more money in it lol.

But Strongmen are juiced. Not his category of powerlifting. Not sure he'd like to take this shit and deteriorate his health for that. But who knows, I'm not him !

@@NinoWassmer If he is indeed truly natural now, I feel like he could compete in strongman without the drugs. He’s stronger than the strongest untested powerlifter, so why couldn’t he match up with untested strongmen??

SBD doesnt seem to understand why the "Road to Arnolds" videos of Rouge are so popular. A interview is fine, but the whole video feels like a forced motivation video. If they would do the same as rouge... follow the person around and get a video of them as a human beeing (see Mateusz and Shivlyakov videos) the video would acutally be interesting to watch. I now know nothing more about the guy, he was just reading a skript (or the editing made it seem like it). Show me your life and I'll be interested in your lifts.

Agreed; SBD could take some cues from Rogue on this. The good news is most of these lifters do have a personal presence on social media or KZread. Jesus in particular is extremely open about who he is on his channel (Iron Theory). Wish SBD would bring more of that into these videos.
