Skipped a few days here in the order of videos being uploaded, but this is the training session from today! So now you guys will be getting "real-time" content from the current day, again, lol.
Overall feeling great, bodyweight is sitting around 215 now as of this morning, small food increase this week, bloodwork this week to review PED needs next week or the week after, and training is feeling great as always. Can't believe it's almost 8 weeks in to this growth phase already. Lots of room to keep pushing!
