hello, could you please tell me with RMS, is a license necessary and also how do you reach the device if no public IP is available thanks !

Hello. You will be able to connect to your device securely through RMS or to generate a connection link. And yes, you are correct. RMS requires a license, but every device with 1x free SMS credit for 30 days. You can learn more about RMS credits in this video - kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZZucwZOEg5DOkc4.html.
The system is cloud based presumably AWS providing the services back end. How are the credentials proxied through the aws backend and how are they handled.

Yes, that is correct Teltonika Networks is powered AWS. Credentials are handled securely according to the latest data security requirements.
is there a limitation on how many numbers equipment you can remote access?
