@@FamilyPopTV i need help how do i get in the software section as there is no option for this. and ive gone on their website and the software download for the keyboard is a zip folder that doesnt even download or when you do it doesnt extract so what do i do to get into the configuration screen to change the colours on the key board???

Hi. I’ve just downloaded 2 versions of the software to double check if it’s downloading or not. All looks good, got the .zip files, unpacked them, all works fine, got 2 versions- v3.6 and v4.0 (both are fine to use with rk84). If you open RK’s website, go to software, pick relevant product(rk84) - here you may double click on the file - or right-click on the file and select ‘make a copy’ (google drive should make a file called ‘copy of [file name]), In fact, I checked it on iMac too, and it downloads an unzip the files straight away. Certainly, the software and download works fine.

7:19 since not all motherboards have built-in bluetooth, the dongle is a life saver

i second this. I am actually using this keyboard atm and i need the 2.4ghz so i dont have to put out cash for a blutooth adapter. I heard this dongle was shotty but i have played darktide and searched the web with it now for about and hour or so with no issues.

If the battery is full, is there any way to know if the battery is full other than using bluetooth?

hi. try to press [Fn] + [enter]. Not sure if it would work on classic RK84 (can't check it as I gave it away), but it works on limited edition and on the RK96 - so it's worth to try.

Is there a way to connect a mouse to the keyboard? I have an iPad and I want to use keyboard and mouse without having to connect my keyboard via bluetooth and a whole new dongle for the mouse

Yes the rk84 comes with a usb c to usb a like in the video but the usb a is renovatie and shows a usb c so as long as you dont have litning port ur fine

What color keys do you recommend

Keys or switches? I got the limited edition of rk84 which just came last week. The keys are mocca/black and the switches are yellow with softening foam underneath. This gives totally different feel and experience. Personally, I’m thinking about replacing the ‘windows’ key with ‘command’ key, and but for my needs I’d stick with the red switches because I love the click noise

I personally like that clicking noise, however my work colleagues at the office don't share my enthusiasm, haha:) yeah it's up to personal preferences, my 7yrs old son loves it, but I'm aware, not everyone would like it

I gave my keeb to my workmate last year and he's pleased with it, no issues. He replaced the keycaps with some fancy ones, but kept the switches and these still making sweet clicky noise
