So long as they went to a wrong court to obtain judgement that will favour them, and appeal have declare null and void, it simply mean all the judgment from obtain from the state high court is wrong, and so speaker Martin Ameahule and the 25 law marker have no case.

Why will they go a wrong court for the first place, when they have a retired supreme court judge Mary odili and others, as their legal advisers. A big loss for fubara and his assembly.

I can see how this man is stressing on emotion and sentiment not law. The law is that anyone that killed another person shall be killed by who? The law gave the speaker the duty to declare the seat vacant but the speaker had also defected just as tambuwa did as the speaker of the federal house.

Stop waisting time, , the court will finally decide the matter

It is a pity that we allow these kind of unpatriotic individuals to be in any government office. For me, they decamped to APC and their seat is vacant according to the law.

@@johnmarx5106 According to the Nigerian constitution, their seat is now vacant being that they crossed to APC From PDP. They should be man enough to stand tall and take a bow out of the scene or recontest election. I know that our law is supreme only when it's a poor man but useless when it comes to those in government and the very rich individuals.
