Dont make it. I made like this. Skin is same as fresh lemon and with severe bitter taste

Instead of doing like this boil whole lemon and then cut it off and mix with salt and keep for a night. Next day cook it. Will be good and bitter taste wil not be there

അമ്മച്ചീ നമസ്ക്കാരം ഞാൻ സ്ഥിരമായിട്ട് ഇങ്ങനെയാണ് അച്ചാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കാറ്. വാഴയിലകൊണ്ടാണ് മൂടിക്കെട്ടാറ്. Mixed veg pickle ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നെ ചെയ്തു. ഒട്ടും എണ്ണ ഉപയോഗിച്ചില്ല. ഒരു മാസത്തിനു മുകളിൽ വച്ച് ഉപയോഗിച്ചു. ഒരു കകേടും പറ്റിയില്ല. നല്ല രുചിയുമാണ്.
