I’m not sure where you are in your ASL journey, but when I first started learning, I loved watching people sign along with songs (though admittedly they’re not always signing the words. They’re signing the true meaning. So they don’t sign metaphors literally) and spreadthesign is a good online resource where you can search words and they’ll show you how to sign them. They’ll even have different signs if the word has different meanings and they’ll put the part of speech next to it

I loved what she said about the ASL audience feeling the beat. How admirable inspiring beautiful talented and boss B of her.
Wow .. I’m half deaf 🧏♂️ and I’m a musician what she did was phenomenal, I tip my hat
I am so happy that she's not one of those fake interpreters we see all the time. She's so good, her vibe was amazing, she killed it alongside Queen Rihanna.
They're amazing. Let's hope they can make history together - AGAIN. They made history as the first deaf interpreter and pregnant woman involved in the half-time show
I did 2 semesters of ASL in college. It is a very fun and beautiful language. You have to use your face/ expression when signing otherwise it can be misinterpreted. She did amazing an job. Every should learn at least the alphabet and some basic words because the deaf community is larger than you think. I feel really good when I encounter someone who is deaf out in the grocery store or in public and I can communicate with them, even if I have to finger spell some of it. They are so excited when they find out I can sign.

Justina should continue to work in whatever positions feed her soul, so she doesn’t lose her light. Also, not every signer can move like that, but they are all equally important for bridging gaps and building community. She definitely adds some much needed variety to the role, which I’m sure will promote more inclusion and has already been such an inspiring representation for the deaf and hard of hearing. As a hearing individual, bland signers matter and have been holding it down forever in terms of language interpretation for pivotal moments. I do hope however, that more hard of hearing individuals are inspired to reach new heights and become ASL performers.

TY Justina for ur work cus my older sister is completely deaf was told she would nvr speak in the 70's n speech therapy paid off. My sister cannot hear even with hearing aids but talks like me. Ppl are amazed n confused especially when I call places over the phone for her n she has to give the permission for them to speak to me a gentleman literally said my sister changed his life n how he looks at the deaf community cus he learned that she is totally deaf but speaks like us. She knows sign language n our family learned a lot of signing as well. That man on the phone said he wanted to cry cus he assumed they speak like their deaf when they talk but my sister changed his life that day. God bless our deaf n hard hearing communities.
