Notice the all black clothing, simple hair, nothing about her pulls attention from her hands. Even the beautiful manicure that just accentuates every movement. She lives the music 🎶🎵

You can feel the beat in her. It's amazing she can share that ❤️

​​@@MrHahahaha46 she feels the bass, you know how whenever music is played in concert or over loudspeakers you feel the beat in your sternum and bones? That is what she feels. Also, Justina is not completely deaf. She can hear liminally, or slightly. That is how she knows when to mouth words, which also helps people who lip read. This helps her as well.

@@alexandermoran7783 of course 💗 most of these things aren't absolute the way people who hear or see normally tend to think, for some reason people hear "deaf" and they assume the person is completely, all the way deaf which they may not be and even if they are they are using their other senses (like the beat that can be felt that I mentioned).

This amazing young lady not only interpreters the language but is able to make you feel the energy, and the beat of the music while communicating all the emotions in Rihanna's songs! She is truly phenomenal!

So grateful to have been able to watch her perform this, she DEFINITELY iconic and deserves to go down in history!

After this performance I went down a wonderfully fascinating and beautiful rabbit hole of the Black Deaf community and the nuances of ASL within that community. It would be amazing for that to be part of Black history monthly because there is an entire tradition and culture That isn't seen in traditional Deaf culture understandings

It’s so much easier to learn a language through music and it’s true for ASL too! And Justina Miles is not only an incredible performer, a nurse in the making, an ambassador for the deaf community, she’s also a great educator of ASL.

Super star performers just might feel intimidated by Justina Miles! She's beautiful, talented and the audience is watching her, more than the mega star performers!

This isn’t my type of music, but I can’t stop watching it. This girl's absolutely amazing and it's brilliant that she's helping deaf people enjoy music. I hope that more people start doing this with more songs, it's great!
