I've been in two accidents just in past 4 years. Both on trikes, and both have saved me from some major situations.

Portland is really just one huge amusement park. PDX is a great shop.

You were blessed to have a sunny day in February, maybe that is part of Climate Change. I lived there 30-40 years ago, it would start raining in October and wouldn't end until May, but summers were always beautiful and sunny.

I’m sorry if I left you with the impression in a previous video comment that it would be cold up in Oregon. Hey even in BC winter is winding down most of the snow is melted and so far in January and February I have over 600 kilometres of cycling training in on the roads. Our weather is pretty close to Portland. Contrary to some opinions we don’t live in igloos 😂 .

I want a bafang powered recumbent trike . I need a sugar daddy to get one but I woild have one lol....I do have a 29" Mountain bike , though . It really cruises well and only set me back $350. I saw on Rene Kreher's channel his lightweight bike camper and plan on building one . Hopefully I can save up enough to buy an affordable trike soon too

I wish I had access to a trike shop like that.

I even don't know there are so many trike lovers in U.S. . I'll love this when my body goes weak or 50+ old, for sure 😆

The onewheel has a nosedive problem... Electric unicycle has a speed problem, some users like going faster than the ebikes speeds...ebikes have a pricing problem, I would love a trike but have nowhere to store it, and can't take transit...so I settled on an electric unicycle...

the amusement park reminds me of movie called "Jonny Hansome" thst Jonny spent time with a girl at an amusement park you filmed which means life going back and forth.

This channel is all over the place. It is about trikes? Van-life? China? Maybe it is time to create separate channels for different topics like many KZreadrs do. I personally started watching at the beginning of the pandemic to find news about China. I still enjoy the channel because I feel like I've gotten to know Matt and his family; but I wonder if more focused channels would all grow faster.

It’s sort of been a problem for a long time. The before you started watching I was 100% travel cycling. Creating new channels is. Huge undertaking… I’ve tried to do it before but I always ended up right back here

I ride ride trails, squeeze between cars and things and it seems like these trikes are too limiting. Never rode one and at 80 probably never will.

​@@kevinhornbuckle I was there. You weren't. No one threatened us. No one brandished a weapon. Instead, we had a wonderful ride which all the participants are eager to repeat. Portland has an endemic homelessness problem in need of better solutions. You saw that we rode through just some of it. We also have, recently, an urgent gun violence issue. We didn't ride through it. You should know better than to paint the whole town with a persistent and tragic, but very localized, problem. I'm sure there are issues in Eugene that you can turn your ample voice to.
