    We visited Bentonville back in September. The differences in riding surfaces really surprised us at first. It felt like riding on marbles. When you are from the East Coast, our trails are moist and loamy which just grabs your tires. It is definitely something to be prepared for when you are trying new locations for mountain biking.     Yess. I got my knee pads. If you don’t wear them, you clearly have not take a hard spill. I crashed hard and got myself some protection.
