Riding Across Portugal to The Traka

Спорт

The European Unbound?! That's the unofficial title of The Traka, certainly the most well known gravel race in the European continent. With 560, 360, 200, 100, and 50km distances as well as an action packed week full of programming, there's a lot going on.
There's an extra lot going on when I (Ted, here) fly from home in Vermont to Levi's Gran Fondo then Sea Otter in California, straight to Portugal to ride the N2 trip with the amazing folks at inGamba as well as Laurens Ten Dam. From there I was straight off to Girona, which has become the gravel epicenter of European gravel cycling.
See what's in store over this busy week traversing the Iberian Peninsula.
A big thanks to Lars from the ‪@LiveSlowRideFast‬ team for helping with the footage here.

You pump up those Pathfinder Pros to 60 psi and they ride on that slick center like a road bike.

We really fitting a 44mm tire in a supersix these days? Had to pause the video and do some research not much info other than manufacturer clearance which we all know is rather conservative.

I've put a 48mm knobby on that bike. That gets cozy, but a 44mm is quite ample. (This is the SuperSix EVO SE gravel bike, not the similarly named SuperSix EVO road bike... in case that should be clarified.)

@@TedKing1 Thanks for the reply, I didn't know they had an SE gravel version. I should have known better since you are typically riding road on the Lab71.
