As a 48 years old teenager, still gazing at his shoes, I thank you so much. Ride was - and still is - an essential band to me. Greetings from France.

@@karlanadia2012 lol, your sweetness is as surprising as it is lovely. Thank you! I love Radiohead ( especially The Bends) Mazzy Star, Cocteau Twins, Sonic Youth, Pixies, The Byrds, Bob Dylan, and many others. What other bands do you love?
As a 47 year old stuck at 15 because of Asperger's, I ALSO THANK for this post. RIDE have ALWAYS been such a huge part of my musicality, both professionally and non-professionally. I LOVE these guys. Most beautiful "Wall-Of-Noise" ever created.
What makes this even more impressive is how young they are! 20-ish years old and already incredibly accomplished songwriters and musicians.
This is how all concert films should be. Beautiful, vibrant colors, and chaotic cinematography. This was one of the most enjoyable concerts I've watched. Wish there was more like it.

I saw them last night in Portland, Oregon play Nowhere in its entirety. I had waited 30 years to be near these boys. They were SO good. Just beautiful. I felt like an 18 year old in a 57 year old body. Ride remind me that there is so much right in front of us that we don't see. They take me away from this confining definition of ourselves as their music is bigger than disease, more powerful than hate and an affirmation of how we are all beautiful in an unknowable transcendent way. For over an hour last night I was flying with RIDE. Thank you Andy, Mark, Steve and Loz.
What a rhythm section! Really underrated IMO

Amazing...had no idea footage of this tour even existed...I definitely saw them on this tour ..a few days either before ..or after this gig ...as the Kilburn National ..(it was definitely March 1991....so must have been close to the date of this one) ...RIDE ..always will hold a special place in my heart...such an amazing....,and criminally un-known band (to the masses ...it still amazes me how so many peeps still never heard of them ..when other sub-parr Indie bands got so well known) they were truly something special, great tracks....and incredible live ...managed to see them about 4 x times in 91-92....and then again in about 2018 / 2019 after they reformed...still great ...long live RIDE !!....

Wow just wow - what a find! Hard to believe they didn’t become one of the biggest bands in the world - they really had it all, just a few years too early?
Saw them back in fall of 2019 and they were great... but their levels of energy here are absolutely insane. Makes me wish I had a time machine
Saw Ride in Australia a few months after this concert. I was there for the main act (turned out to be a one-hit wonder). Have loved Ride ever since and got to see them again in Brisbane in 1992 headlining. Makes me feel 18 again.
Just came from seeing RIDE at the Bottom Lounge in Chicago and now this…just magic ✨🎶✨

And, just like that, I’m 21 again. ☺️

Yeah, he plays the bass line for "today" live because Steve does the atmospheric notes on the bass once they sing "last thing I remember", so Steve can't play the bass notes while he does that so thats what Mark is for. Mark just plays guitar like normal though on the original song recording. Steve also does the atmosphere string type sound on bass in the original song recording as well as the standard bass line.
