"We've got to join BUPA" In the UK, we have the NHS. Everyone is entitled to the same level of care. I don't know if you're American, but it's like a far better version of Obama's proposed healthcare reforms. You break your arm, you go to the emergency room and get treated and that's it. Anyway. Organ donation is done on the NHS, so the situation Rik portrays is occurring within an NHS hospital. Karl, clearly disgusted that they're letting this occur, suggested to join private healthcare.

Yeah, I've listened to almost everything they have done. I don't think it's scripted..msot of the time, when they bring up a story twice, they say "we've talked about this before". I think they probably decide what stories to bring up before, but the conversation itself doesn't seem to be scripted..I don't see how they could. but, I agree, it doesn't matter lol

This is from "Ricky Gervais Guide to,,," series with different subjects such as medicine, society etc which is basically them asking Karl questions very loosely based around the subjects and more of a chance for Ricky to see Karl and laugh. Very good series would recommend a download from Itunes. Incase you are referring to the Ricky Gervais Show, the guide to series was used but odds and ends are not in the shows, most of it isn't noteworthy however a few good moments which either missed it because they couldn't fit in the theme of the show or subjects like this which would of probably been too much for tv.
