Rick Rubin! 🤘🏼. Looking for the red light option on my phone. And the irony of “loud devices”. Brilliant and funny.
I have an ear like Mr. Rubin
What do red glasses do and what kind of red glasses work ?

didnt you listen lol they help relax you and lower stress. a lot of white around us is bad for us and too stimulating and bad for our eyes therefore always keeping us in a state of confused brain waves, vibration, and headacehs. if you dim your lights or use red lights you wont suffer from this. i have put comfort lighting and bright eye protection which most phones and computers have now as an option.

Maybe a nutrient deficiency like magnesium. or an unhealthy diet can be the cause
noone who pays bills and works a job can do this daily routine lmao . this mindset is only for those extremely financially comfortable.

With all respect, in real life to start work at 11 is quite impossible...but thank you for the fairy tale talk.

Lol..I wake up at 2:30 am for work. I'm not walking anywhere. The sun is still asleep! I leave work when the sun is going down. 12 hour nursing shifts 5 days a week with a drive each way.

Well the first hour is clearly beard maintenance.
I cannot believe DOCTOR Andrew Huberman has this man on as a guest and thinks we should take advice from this man??.... HE LOOKS LIKE A HERMIT FROM THE FOREST WHO HASN'T LEFT THERE IN 20 YEARS...

I’m sorry but this guy looks awful for 61. He talks about starting work at 11 and waking slowly. For most people that’s not realistic. But I can appreciate that he focuses on being natural with light and timing, especially being in the music industry
is a red light-night shift, or?
why is he fat then, serious question lol
@lrvz7187

Easy answer, one gets fat when consuming more calories than they burn, the amount of exercise you do is irrelevant if you still fail to that rule
@CompletelyInadequate
Ай бұрын
@@lrvz7187 it just seems like he cares about his health so much in other aspects you would think he would care about that too and wouldn’t be overweight for so many years, no malicious intent I’m just genuinely curious it’s interesting what different humans prioritize, he’s such an interesting cat.
@lrvz7187

@@CompletelyInadequate idk, it dosnt seem that fat to me, if he is a higly creative person, he may be prioritizing mental health focus, etc, more than have a "slim" body, specially at his age, time a day is limited to chose mutiple paths at once, but i dont know mutch about him, just rambling, I do love exercise and being fit etc, but im an artist and when i'm focusing on creating, I just dont have the energy to do both things at once (at the level that I would expect to do things)
Hard to take anything Rubin says seriously when he is ragged and unkempt

Maybe. That’s just possibly a pre misconception that your mind is focusing on causing you to not look past the shallow surface of a persons initial first impression. Never judge a book by its cover my Nan used to tell me. 😉👍
