    didnt you listen lol they help relax you and lower stress. a lot of white around us is bad for us and too stimulating and bad for our eyes therefore always keeping us in a state of confused brain waves, vibration, and headacehs. if you dim your lights or use red lights you wont suffer from this. i have put comfort lighting and bright eye protection which most phones and computers have now as an option.

    My name is Annemarie, my routine is , hardly moving because of muscle stiffness pain, I hold my shoulders in a up position, so of course pain corses mood swings, any suggestions thanks 🙏

    Lol..I wake up at 2:30 am for work. I'm not walking anywhere. The sun is still asleep! I leave work when the sun is going down. 12 hour nursing shifts 5 days a week with a drive each way.

    I’m sorry but this guy looks awful for 61. He talks about starting work at 11 and waking slowly. For most people that’s not realistic. But I can appreciate that he focuses on being natural with light and timing, especially being in the music industry

    Easy answer, one gets fat when consuming more calories than they burn, the amount of exercise you do is irrelevant if you still fail to that rule

    @@CompletelyInadequate idk, it dosnt seem that fat to me, if he is a higly creative person, he may be prioritizing mental health focus, etc, more than have a "slim" body, specially at his age, time a day is limited to chose mutiple paths at once, but i dont know mutch about him, just rambling, I do love exercise and being fit etc, but im an artist and when i'm focusing on creating, I just dont have the energy to do both things at once (at the level that I would expect to do things)
