For video ideas, I would love to see your leather jacket collection/buying guide. I have tried multiple leather jackets from Rick. Long sleeves and high armholes are not really in my flavor. Would like to get recommended other brands. Thanks!

That's a great idea! It's true that Rick Owens' leather jackets are particular with the long sleeves and high armholes. I could do a video on that! I feel like they are a lot of good leather jackets out there! I am also getting into blazers lately, maybe another video... :)

Thank you for the kind words! The cuff bracelet is from Parts of Four. I believe Rick Owens as some pieces from them and even has done a collaboration with them if I'm not mistaken! I hope this helps :)

I recently copped these. Yet, I found them super heavy and cumbersome to walk in. I'm not fan of the Megatooths, so I guess I'm waiting on other boots from Rick.

Hey ! Just found your video and it was really interesting as i just bought this pair of boots and was wondering how to style them. I really liked your outfits but unfortunately I don't own any cropped pants like yours so I was wondering if larger pants that go over the boots would fit nicely with them. Thank you !

NickTheCHILL thank you for the kind words! I think large pants would still work as it can play with proportions! However, I have a preference for cropped pants or tucking in slimmer pants in the shoes because it gives more visibility to the shoes :) thank you and please let me know if this helps!

Hey man, I really loved this video. Very well made and informative. I usually wear US size 10 (EU 43). I suppose I should go for size 9 (EU 42)? SSENSE had one last pair in size 43 and they sold out. The only next size they have are 45.5 I assume those would fit too large? Was wondering what you would suggest... (Of course, as a friendly suggestion only). I am new to Rick Owens and I don't know how his clothes fit. Was wondering if you could maybe suggest what size I should go for? As a benchmark, I wear tshirts XXL or XL if they are oversized fit. Are Rick's trousers too skinny or thin? I really liked your cropped trousers and was wondering if XXLs from Rick Owens (or if you know other brands that make clothes for large people) would possibly fit... Apologies if this is too many questions and thanks again for the awesome video. Subscribed already!

Hello! Sorry, I must have missed your comment! 45.5 would definitely by too large for you and I would maybe recommend the size down especially if you can return it. As for your size, I would recommend going TTS or one size over. My personal view is that the oversize look is part of the Rick Owens aesthetics so you can't go wrong there. For the pants, I would probably recommend going 1 larger size for the pants if they don't have a waist band (like the cropped trousers) if there is a waistband then you can pretty much pick any sizes! Sorry again for the last response and I hope it helps!

I'm not sure I know the style you are talking about but I would definitely size down for the Mega Bozo tractor boots (at the minimum 0.5 down). I hope this helps! Please let me know what you went with :)

Hello! I know it's probably too late but I would encourage you to get them! Worse case scenario you can add an insole to make them fit!

I usually wear 41, I got size 40.5 cuz you recommend for half size down . But it’s little big, do you suggest to change to 40 ?

I'm so sorry for the late response! I hope it's not too late! If the size is still too big and you can swap it to a lower size than I would encourage you to do so. The other alternative is always an insole and bigger socks. Please let me know what you went for :)

Hey! I'm not sure, the best would be to call the customer service of the company where you are looking to purchase the shoes! Did you ended up getting them?

Would you still recommend going a half size down if you normally wear 43 for rick shoes? The only pairs that I downsized are sock sneakers and scuba sneakers to size 42. Everything else is 43!

Kris Avant great question! I would still do! For instance, I also have the mainline sock sneakers and I would say those tractor boots are at least as big as the socks sneakers for Rick Owens.

No they are quite easy thank to the large elastic band on the side of the boots! I hope this helps :)

These are nice but the sole being non replaceable makes the price not worth it. The sole would wear out first and then you wouldn't be able to use your 1000 dollar boot which the upper would last for years beyond the sole.

@@reveri7182 no I actually don't own any Rick boots but his combat boots for example have Goodyear soles on them and are stiched on so they can be replaced. From my knowledge these are mostly made of rubber and are not stiched so they can't be replaced. They might last a few years but from my experience the sole is the first thing to wear out in a boot.
