    I imagine he's straight business, this aint his first rodeo. Big money tournament, land it as fast as possible, get it in the live well, and get a line back in the water. Save celebrating for the end.

    I’ve watched Rich catchem the same way 30 years ago. Still have his signature series Pole’s RC 3 & RC 4 from 25 years ago. Love bass fishing, time really has stopped when your a kid having fun.....

    I'd love to share the boat with Rick for a day. I've been followed his BASS career since he started. I'm a spinnerbait guy myself. Caught one this year on a spinnerbait that was flirting with 11 lbs. Amazing that hes still competing. I'd guess hes been fishing the Elites longer than anybody as far as I know.

    Da da daaaaaaaaamn!!!! 11 pounder??? Ive got to start using spinnerbaits more often. I just caught a 7 pounder on a senko and thought i was the shit. Lol. What kind of spinner did u use? Im not up on what colors work best on spinners for bass. But im awesome on spinners for big 3-5 pound brown trout. Lol

    I caught a 10.65 and a 9.06 on Toledo Bend in one day. It is mind blowing to this day that it happened, and something I’ll never forget! Definitely wasn’t as calm as Rick 😂

    Rock Clunn is the best. Opened up a door to a hotel bar in Shreveport years ago and he was standing there with two drinks!! Said thanks to me for holding the door for him!!! Was always my favorite!!

    What he catch the first one on? Second was a spinnerbait.. I'm new to Bass fishing but is it normal to just slowly retrieve a spinnerbait like that? No bouncing etc? Looked like he was just steadily reeling it in...

    Yes. Slow rolling a spinnerbait. Try it at night with a big single colarado blade.

    In a tournament, you get a fish on that size and if the line breaks or it shakes off....that's when I'd go right over the side after it. 😂.
