I remember that color was used with a red as a two tone package... Like the two tone blue ones were painted... I saw one new in a dealership! A very rich combination. Wonder how many of these cars were built?

Too bad these didn't have the same 225 hp engine as the 'Lil Red Express' pickup from the same year. With the hotter stock engine, these would have definitely given the Trans Am a run for the money. Heck, considering the 'Lil Red Express pickup was the fastest accelerating American vehicle of 1978, imagine how quick these would have been!

Unfortunately the only reason that small block was allowed is because dodge put it in a truck. It was a workaround.
God these cars were awful
