Well that's what I'm wondering the whole time - those people in the mall looked to be having genuine reactions. Like straight up running away... How do they even set up a shoot like that? Planning to throw a tank through a wall in a mall... with unsuspecting pedestrians in it? Or am I just a dumbass and those people were extras? They earned there wage if they were, cause they seemed genuine af

That's a fake wall built for the crash through, as is visible from the lack of debris and the perfectly shaped cinder blocks rolling away.

This vehicle is PERFECT for Hammond, It's definitely got anti crash feature in it.

That wall was just build for the episode with a few concrete blocks stacked without any binder and covered on either side with gypsum boards. Considering the cost of the above items here in dubai, that thing must have cost less than the neatly trimmed bushes he wrecked in that roundabout

Because it’s Dubai. Good opportunity to show off their snazzy mall, and they probably wipe with more money than it cost to clean some floors and re-plant a few hedges. Besides, Amazon probably footed the lion’s share of the cost for the shoot anyway.
