Rich Froning in Double Grace

Competitors at the 2014 CrossFit Games learned about the final event just seconds before it began. Grace - the classic CrossFit workout and the final event of the 2008 CrossFit Games - was doubled.
Rich Froning finished the competition strong with three straight event wins to clinch a record fourth consecutive championship title.
Watch Froning go head-to-head with athletes like Jason Khalipa and Mat Fraser, and dominate the finale in his last year as an individual Games competitor.

Sean Woodland's call is absolutely legendary here. The timing was perfect and Rich drops the bar behind him as the cherry on top. I couldn't even tell you how many times I've seen this.

This is the absolute blueprint of what technique really means. Look at Khalipa, Hackenbruck etc. and how their technique suffers through fatique. Rich's reps ALWAYS look the same, first rep or last rep, first day or last day. This is what I absolutely love about this GOAT of a competitor of CrossFit.
