First wash rice three times then soak for five minutes and drain that water.Fill rice with water then leave it how many days you want.I think Thats the best thing to do with pesticide rice.

@Ramandeep Nobody knows where our rice comes from so we all assumed it is non organic ( most rice is non organic ) . We all do the same principles as the video. We all wash the rice twice and keep the 3rd rinse.

I would say to get all the dirt and stuff off the rice. It’s just to clean it so it’s better for your skin probably.
