I appreciate how with this song especially you could've really gone whole hog and made this one of those songs that you have to trial-and-error a million times to complete, but instead you took a more forgiving route and actually gave steady build-up of patterns and even though you did the visual gimmick of Cole and his heart monitor passing over one another, it's backed up by the typical cues and doesn't force you to learn the visual gimmick just to know how to play the level It's still a hard-looking level but it's not nearly as convoluted as some of the levels I've seen people make, I respect that

@@kingheron109 Yeah, I played through the main game and had a hell of a time with it, but when I went to play custom levels I was really disappointed by how many of them seem to just be "how convoluted and overwhelming can I possibly make this". It's not uncommon in rhythm games with custom levels, but I wish more people would take this style of level design lol

@@grim66 Agreed, but I can understand why it happens. For games like this, with all its various elements: oneshots, square shots, skips, multi rows, swing, hold beats, custom commands, and a million vfx, it's actually very easy to over complicate things. I often try to keep a level's focus on a small handful of elements rather than go overboard for the sake of clarity, and ramp them up through the level rather than introduce new ones. I think that clarity makes levels more memorable and simpler to play on a first go.

A few months ago, this would've terrified me. Now it still does, but I am going to try it.

quite possibly the best custom level i've played. picked up the game half a week ago and this level... i played it on repeat

When the beat goes so hard it breaks the fabric of reality

legends say cole is still having multiple heart attacks trying to get out of the infinite hallway to this day

It's not as bad as it looks. Plus, you get like... 40 mistakes before going doing a rank. The most important part is learning the pattern and keeping it through the insane visual effects.

im trying to do this by simply looking at the video and most of the time i dont evn know what im doing

Y’know how there’s multiple click buttons in osu! to make it easier to do segments where you have to press really fast? This might require it.

No. I kinda stopped using discord. And I didn't feel like logging on to post this. (I mean, I usually made videos anyways for previews sake)

This is a good level. Actually have some thought put into presenting the rhythms before hitting you with them all at once. This is the kinda shit the actual levels on the game are really good at and most of the custom ones ive seen just fail completely on.

Lo unico malo de las comunidades de juegos de ritmo es que muchos optan por cosas imposibles en vez de cosas con buen ritmo. Hay niveles que tienen buen ritmo, pero nadie hace algo fácil y lindo como las canciones del juego original.
