Okay, ignoring rows is doable. Easy even. But if whether or not you have to ignore a row DEPENDS ON A DIFFERENT ROW it's a different story.

There's a mod called bombBeats on the level files that basically make the virus row hurts you if you hit it.

why custom songs says i need newer version, downloaded 2 songs just to try how that works...my version is 0.12 that should be latest as far as i know

Probably because the level was made in the current beta version (v0.12.1). You could try putting the game in beta version from steam and see if the custom level downloads.

Suggestion: make the virus's beats clearer (at lease at the row part, I can't know what is going on there)

On the import levels screen, you can either browse and import the .rdzip file you downloaded, or you can just copy the link and put it in the url section.
