Rhonda Byrne and How Can You Change Your Life By Thinking Positive Thoughts | Happy Place Podcast

''It's all about the thoughts we're thinking.'' What causes constant negative thinking? You believe that if your mind says something, it must be important. It must mean something, right? However, letting your thoughts dictate your attitude, tell you that you need to worry and be afraid of the things it says will happen, is making you feel guilty and sad.
In this chat with Fearne, the iconic author of The Secret explains why you shouldn't believe any of your negative thoughts and explains why embracing your inner child might just be the key to ever-lasting happiness.
Getting to get negative thoughts frequently make you feel sad and anxious... I understand this perfectly. How do you overcome negative thinking when you are sad?
Rhonda Byrne is the creator behind 'The Secret', a documentary film that changed millions of lives and igniting a global movement. The Secret is based on the belief of the law of attraction, which claims that thoughts can change a person's life directly. One year after its release, in January 2007, Rhonda Byrne was recognized as one of the world's most influential people in TIME magazine's ''THE TIME 100: The People Who Shape Our World.''
Rhonda continued her work with several books, which immediately become New York bestsellers and Rhonda also served as a Producer on the 2020 movie, The Secret: Dare to Dream. Rhonda's latest book, The Greatest Secret, is out now. Find it here: amzn.to/3r4xM8H

The Secret was one of the first books that shifted my mindset. And as I understand quantum physics, law of attraction and epigenetics, I understand we all have power within. I have a video explaining a fun and easy tool, The 17seconds Rule, taught to me by Abraham Hicks. Our emotions are our guidance and indicators of whether we are focused in a direction that serves us or not. So bless all contrast for it is needed to evolve, and keep your attention upon that which brings you joy. My motto is..."Love yourself enough to care about how you feel in each and every moment of your day". That is how I end each video now, as I understand it truly is the path to leading a joyful life. Blessings to you all.

...and I agree that we are in the midst of a global awakening....the upheaval that is happening around the world is like that of the disharmony and chas the butterfly experiences before it's beauty emerges, and we will shed all the thoughts of separation and ugliness, allowing the light of love to shine...for love can dissipate all that is not love.

Thanks for your contributions, Rhonda!! But the only thing I would disagree is that “coming back here in another human body after we die”. When the soul leaves the body goes to the spiritual realms for its progress. Who really wants to be tortured twice or many times by coming back here?! This world is only for developing our virtues, serve humanity and to get ready for the next world. :)

17 has always been my favorite number since I was a small child. I have always considered it lucky & protective. I've heard from several different sources (including AH & RB) that 17 is a magical number. I think universal knowledge is collective... you are not going to learn everything from just one person or just one source. I do listen to Abraham hicks but it first when I tried to listen it was a little bit too hippie dippy for me. I wonder if they would've been completely in the secret originally if it might've been a little bit too much for many people.

❤💚 Towards the end she talks about the role thoughts play and how they build us up as individuals. 💜 The ego is the driver of thoughts. It has its advantages and it makes us who we are as individuals but its only a tool to use. Thoughts are not permanent they come and go. Thoughts create our personality. Jack Canfield also talks about the momentum of thoughts which come then go, get stronger and build up power. No thought has ever lasted forever. 💚❤
