That is a nice kit Jerry.They have very similar kit at Harbor Freight here in the USA.I liked the kit so well I bought one for me and one for my Brother for a Christmas present....
I got a very similar kit off amazon. I broke that cord blunger right where it holds the cords, luckily it broke before it went into the hole so the metal fragment didn't break off inside. There's a reason they give you an extra needle. That stuff is for thin street tires. I don't know what they made the needle from but it's very brittle. I've had better luck with a $10 set on 10 ply tires but the plastic handle broke.
