Now fitted with a new hydraulic wheel system, the Dictator is a robust steel sled with 4 adjustable heights and vertical rounded, dual foam, detachable scrum pads.
New wider head and larger pads to accommodate a greater range of pack sizes. Two 'geared' ground spikes for use on the move. Pads move horizontally against the variable resistance hydraulic dampers.
