hmm what about; after Leanord 'died' Alicent caught Rhae sneaking up with kids from the palace, and King to shut up any suspicious about Rhae being one behind Leanor death decided that marrying Rhae and Aegon is the best decision? (ideas for scenes; aegon sitting on a throne and adult Rhae standing next to him. Vaemond calling Rhae's sons bastard and Aegon command taking his head off bc hes spilling lies. )
