Well done and well said, Tony - but on a more personal level - “Go Heather”! She, too, put in the hours in remote area charter and in flying training (even up to MECIR). Their work, their coverage, and the ability to meet all the demands of the job are why the RFDS wants, needs and must have Australia’s best pilots - and this is what it has.
