Looks like no Championship mod where you make your own adding in car type and tracks you pick. Does anyone know of third party mod does this ?? pls

We need the UI and the Multiplayer system soon, and many of us will be back on rf2! :D . UI looked amazing on 2017.....so pro and stylish, better than the other sims out there!

+Ricardo Lopes they had to delay the UI update. So DX11 and VR came first and hopefully the UI launch is coming soon too.

Nice video as always Troy. It all looks very good.... apart from the "sectors" screen where I'm shown as DNF :(

Agreed! I'm very excited for this update and conjunction with the DX11 updates rF2 is getting a nice second-wind.

In the setup menu, the blue text could be the "compare" feature, but it only shows the things that are different.

+Alistair McKinley Thanks!! :) I think the hope was it would be out this summer. So hopefully in the next month or 2. However I don't know if S397 then got too busy with DX11 updates, the Radical, and now World's Fastest Gamer to still make that happen.

+Troy Uyan Yeah, they're so multidirectional, and since you can draw them into a square shape, they can be used anywhere.

Indeed! Actually for the latest updates it is Steam only from now on. Everyone should be on Steam. I believe with build 1108 that was put into effect.

Hahaha but there is a small chance UI mods wont work initially when this update rolls out (just my guess, I have no info on it) and you might need to launch it with this UI. Meaning you may be captivated by its sleek design and diagonal lines long enough to convince you?! ...think of the live track map! (It calls to you!)

Troy Uyan works on the current build, but I won't update til I get my new rig as my current one is a potato and barely runs the sim now. Damn 397 and them disabling the ability to turn off the HDR!

Completely bugged, more confusing than the previous, slow, waste of space on screen. Another fail from S397

Do you mean what about having an FPS overlay? There is one if you press control + F.

Ah, so for the UI portion specifically there wont be any effect to fps. However when it is released in a later build that build might include performance enhancements, probably focusing on the DX11 build that just launched however, as some people are having bigger FPS hits on DX11.

yeah, i had to downgrade to dx9 again cause is to "weighty" at moment. i expected for a FPS boost but it's the contrary. sadly i'm not able to play it. Hope they'll improve in next builds.

um, why tf is this still not in the game?

My RF2 looks nothing like this...it looks old.

myk I respect them for perfecting things before release, but give us a fucking beta testing option. It’s been nearly 4 years

Jesus fuck, when you said "soon" and saw video is from 2017... What the hell are they doing at S397 except making paid GT3 content? Honestly, as ACC becomes better with each update, rF2 is becoming irrelevant.
