It’s a design based on a broken in soulplate; unless you only skate park these will not be lasting very long. Also the amount of surface area that soulplate has on ledges is going to defintely slow you down

if angled souls releases a mass production model for significantly less, im picking them up almost immediately because i love the look, and they also seem to be super functional. seems like exactly the type of thing i look for when thinking about buying something for my skates.

Was super interested in the plates but 350 to 400 dollars for soul plates is hard to justify. Im sure they're super dope but I can't bring myself to drop that many bones for a soul plate.

Always a good day when a new Blader News drops! 🙌 That angled soul seems like a cool idea, but I have to say it looks ugly as sin. Also in regards to the angled soul, isn't that just effectively selling us a broken in soul plate as that's how they tend to up after grinding ledges 🤷‍♂️

I like seeing new skate technologies and I hope that guy gets his money, But selling a soul plate for half a grand is not "buying a soul plate" that's just asking people to invest without expectation of returns.

Would love to try angled souls on my UFR AP skates. Always struggled with top tricks on these skates because the taper towards the heel seems to cause alot of issues with how I tend to lock in on ledges and rails. I love how fast they are, but quite dislike how narrow the souls are in the heel.

Kinda wish blader news come more often. You, TWIB, Tom, and wheelscene doesn't make news video as often as they used to be 😢 The soul plate is cool idea and I do love the material they choosing but that price literally is the same as new complete set of skate! Even if they succeed I'm sure there'll be another company that make same product with slight tweak and cheaper, which basically what happen to wizard.

Cool to see the new skate dice I invented the first ones aor skate dice took an insane amount of work due to the probabilities of stuff not making sense but when finally finished it was epic

Those Seba rip-offs are 🔥🔥🔥. I would totally get those. CJs are on my personal top 3 skates but 909s really aren't my cup of tea but I'm a fan of the Bacethem graphics... rip-offs or not, I doubt that'll stop anyone from getting them. I don't think the backlash that you're predicting wouldn't be as serious as you think. It's just odd how the one & only shred of evidence regarding those skates were leaked by some random unknown dude in China...a place infamous for bootlegging anything and everything with zero Fux to give.

Is that definitely the case? That was my first thought, but I was told it was heavily implied that it was a CHI Pro Skate with the caption "coming soon" under the post, and that he is sponsored by a company that gets their skates made in the Seba factory. It really makes it seem like a bootleg. I should have asked you about it.

The adapt changes make no sense to me. Almost 1500 US Dollars for a skate is insane, not to mention a skate as ugly as that. There is absolutely zero chance they are worth that much money, but I guess they know that some suckers will pay it.
