Was just going to comment this. When I got mine I assumed they did away with the vtec until I looked it up. Just picked up a a 2024 a couple weeks ago too

These si are now sophisticated. And sleek. And great daily. Have an audi now and im bout to cop one of these.

I love these cars but i miss the raw engine power/ vtec on the k20s 8th gen si’s

It looks fantastic but I own the gen 10. However, I dont understand why Honda decided to get rid of the fog lights, dual climate control, heated seats in this gen and I wish they kept the coupe version

4dr only is a deal-breaker for me. i've only owned 2dr cars and plan to keep doing so. i don't need a car with 4 doors for just myself. they're also unnecessarily too large as a result.

@@aaromon43 I have a 9th gen accord coupe and its perfect imo. It’s usually only myself and maybe my gf so 4 doors isn’t needed ever. It’s still very roomy being a coupe. Adults can fit in the back with no problems.

Was thinking about getting one. I had an automatic 2017 124 spider and someone totaled it. So the settlement I'm getting, I thought I would put that towards one of these. Did this specific one come with fog lights? Or do all the Si's come with fog lights? I'm pretty sure they do. If they are H11s, I have a set I could slap in there. They are switchbacks that go from white to yellow, and to a mix of both to look like halogens. I had them in the spider as my low beams. They looked sick. If I get one, it would be my first manual car. My area isn't getting hardly anything rn. My local Honda dealer is getting 3 new automatic civic sedans but I dont want one of those. I was originally looking for some of the older Si's (used) but the closest ones I found are at least a couple hours away in a larger city.

I’d be all over this car if they didn’t remove so many features compared to the Canadian spec. Such a shame.

Who else wishes the si had the new integra interior?

Actually, that engine does have VTEC but it’s only on the exhaust side to spool the turbo

Not really Vtec😂😂😂 if you want True VTEC THE LAST VTEC IS IN 2.0L NA hatchback.. yes its 158hp but when put some CAI and Exhaust Syste, plus "i-Vtec" then its much better than Si IMO.

@@rangergaming0392 No the 2022 also has wireless carplay. there was no changes besides the fact that the price increase for 2023 and the factory of option of summer tires is gone.

I feel like the electronic steering is already becoming an issue with this generation. Also, the paint is the worst I've ever seen. The car is fun while getting on/off the highway, but other than that, it's pretty much a sedan, and like everyone says, it really could use a little more power...seriously thinking about picking up a GR86 instead.

I was between the si and gr86 and went with the si for few reasons, si is has better interior and the bose is really good also way more technologic too , but the main reason was you would have to wait more than a year for the 86 if you wanna get the manual for msrp but u can get ur hand on a si way faster

​@@mehmetalikanbur1562 Really hope you like the SI. I ended up trading my SI, a few weeks ago, for a GR86, only because a dealership had one available by chance. I'll be honest, if I could, I would own both. The SI is just so good. I didn't do it justice in my last comment. The steering never became an issue and seemed to resolve itself. If you ever hear a loud buzzing while shifting at exactly 4500 RPM, it's a small pin attached to the clutch lol. Just something to look out for if you have that issue. The paint is inexcusable so protect it with something. Drive safe and I hope you're enjoying the car.
