@@ratherBweldingChris thanks! I only get time to work on things before work and after the kids are in bed so free time is the biggest hold up at the moment, but enjoy the building and filming. I try make my videos similar style to yours because that’s what I like to watch 👍

This is turning out awesome. The roll bar not only prevents you from snapping your neck, it actually looks good too. I'm eager to see a top speed run

It’s a difficult balance between looking good and functional haha. I think the top speed might be a little slow it is low geared maybe 120kph or 70mph at a guess I will find out soon though

They are a cool bike love the motor, my one had too many problems to get back on the road so I made this haha.

Coming along bit by bit. It sure looks wide, and it so needs a reverse gear. Could you work something out with an electric motor? A starter motor would have the torque, and you wouldn't need a lot of speed. Perhaps the motor could have a rubber wheel that was applied to the outside of the rear tire? I bet it's been done before.

That is a good idea actually I was thinking of a starter motor reverse using chains and a one way hub but on the tyre would be far more simple !

Hey Dan, I would really appreciate a reply. I'm a powder coater and aspiring welder etc. I have 600 sport bike i took the shocks off off and want to build basically exactly what you did. I do have a few ideas and questions if I could contact you and send a few sketches and see what you think. I would appreciate any and all help or advice you can provide.
