Reverse Seared Chuck Roast - Uncle Steve's Shake

Ойын-сауық

In this video I cooked something that I've never cooked before. Chuck Roast. I used the reverse sear method and it turned out better than I was expecting. If you haven't tried any of the Uncle Steve's Shake you really need to. You can find them by clicking on the link below.

Chuck roast is so versatile, because you can do so much with it. I'd say you made that chuck roast pretty good. Pink on the inside is definitely the way to go. It looks very tender. Cheers! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️

I appreciate it. Next time I plan on using it to make burnt ends and see how that turned out.

I have done 2 chucks like that a bit bigger on the 26.75 using the big slow N Sear .. I think 8 or 9 hours at 250°. I just take them to 200° or whenever probe tender and I love them. I put them on very cold to get a bit more smoke ring etc. Love it! Never tried one to cook under brisket temp.
