I love how they remove their competitor's fan and install theirs. Eliminate the competition! LOL 🤣
Found the same model already installed in my newly bought house in ontario. Looks like they did connections to regular light switch which Everyone have in homes. So after turning on my light with that switch I do see blue light n connecta with my fon but IDK why the fan doesn't work n also there is only one regular switch in my bathroom confused hoe to turn that fan on. Any suggestions
I have this fan and the vanity light is on all the time ,the switch don't have light !I can't not turn the light off!
What about the light switch? What happens to that?
I need a switch that can turn the light off! or run some wire and install another switch!
3 months later it won't work

The switch and the faceplate have to ALL be connected for this unit to work. If the switch or faceplate fail then the fan doesn’t work!

@@TechJunky777 what does that mean? Mine stopped working and I can't get it to pair to my phone.

@@lindaedgar2655 First check your fuse. Then check that your switch is working AND connected to the fan. Then check that the faceplate with the speaker in it is properly connected to the fan.

@@TechJunky777 Oh wow thank you so much! It hasn't worked in months. The bluetooth light comes on but my phones will not recognize the fan.

@@TechJunky777 so if the faceplate isn't plugged in the fan won't work period? I wired the fan but didn't hook up the faceplate to it. The fan was getting power to it, I could tell because I put a tick tester on it and it showed power but the fan wouldn't start. Is this simply because the faceplate isn't plugged in?
