Thank you for informing the people about things that they're putting in their bodies and their effects. Please keep making videos so that one day every Indian first sees the back of the label before buying a product. Eventually we could strive for a Nutri-Score system used in Europe.

I am a mother of twins and so many doctors around recommended pediasure. One of my go to doctor simply said read the ingredients and then decide and if your child is eating balanced food you dont need it at all and that opened my eyes. So much of it is being marketed through apparent legit channels which makes people believe it must be right

What is the best time to drink coconut water? Before and after meals: Drinking a glass of coconut water before meals, especially drinking coconut water early in the morning, will help the stomach feel full for a long time and help prevent the habit of overeating in a long day later. Coconut water is low in calories and easy to digest.

Why we should not drink coconut water in empty stomach? It remains as the best drink that is totally pure, without addition of any chemicals and not causing any kind of ill effects. it is consumed with empty stomach it will mix up with the acids of the gastric juice causing stomach ulcer.

Is it good to drink coconut water Everyday? While coconut water has many benefits, too much can be harmful. Coconut water has high levels of sodium, so drinking a lot can take up much of your daily sodium allowance, according to SF Gate.

Before blaming palm oil please think about the alternatives. The FMCG companies are not going to use cold presed oils or ghee. Palm is the best option out there when it comes to refined oils. It is much better for the environment. Please compare the pro and cons of palm oil vs other oils such as canola, cottons seed, sunflower, soy etc. I bet youll agree palm oil is better.

Can they use Atta instead of Maida? Is Maida healthier too? Can they use less sugar? It is not about using the ingredients but to know if consumed regularly unknowingly it can harm you. I bet you use palm oil for cooking at your home.

@@maxpayne6625 I would never use palm oil for cooking considering I can afford healthier oils. Having said that palm oil is less bad for human consumption and has a lesser environmental impact. On a Cost and Benefits analysis palm oil wins in a world where people want to eat potato chips, biscuits, chocolates etc while paying current prices.
