Finally!!! Thank you for a detailed review!! I have looked over entire internet for this! Seems like it is a fairly new movement and not that much information is around!

I did a review for a set I found on Amazon, but Rosie is definitely more in-depth with hers!

You should check out Colony Co on Amazon. They're made of cotton with stainless steel cord stoppers. They even have bulk bin bags for things like granola, nuts, etc from the bulk section! I bought them and am in LOVE. They have the tare weights on the side too

I recently bought Swag Bags for produce for storing in the refrigerator. I would use the bags in the video only for shopping for fruit and produce.

Has anyone used the "tare weight" at the grocer? I'd like to know how the process works...

Mary Devine Yes I have and this is why I use these bags, they weigh almost nothing although I can not remember the weight but it was not significant enough to concern me adding to my bulk. They are feather light enough, keep in mind the bags with thicker strings or a snap to hold shut will add weight, so I mostly use the ones with out for bulk bin foods... hope this is helpful 😁. Also keep in mind most weight scales are regulated to subtract plastic bags which weigh as much as these nylon bags 👍👌.

@@LivingRawwithRosie1 Most scales are set up to take a tare -- you enter a weight, and the scale starts out with a weight of negative that amount. For example, if the tare is 0.01 oz, the scale will read -0.01 oz. However, considering the weight of some of these bags, it may not be worth the effort.

Your celery is in a plastic bag. There goes the purpose of reusable bags no?

Paradiso Perduto a Yes and I did explain in a prior comment below, how my grocery store did not have the unbagged celery at the time of purchase, like they usually do.

doc B I know and this is one of the reasons why I really have not posted more videos, as an amateur and not able to afford the right equipment it has been challenging. I bought a few cheep mics but they have not worked with my iPad.... 😞
