Aww was sad when Fizz and Dieter left, it was sooo good! I loved their characters. Somehow Joy and Dieter worked, because they were such a fun couple. I never ever saw the soap as a flop, because it had 10 million views by the end & I was there from the start and never missed it! It was so great! It's still left a big hole in my heart. Bless Kai, he is so sweet and fun still! :) Must've been amazing to work on this show. I'm glad he's living his passions now. I wish I had a signed card :)

Just listened to the end and honestly I see Dieter's character being a life guard, and teaching the young guys. You know that program Bondi Rescue? I imagine him doing something like that, while combining it with water sports such as diving, sailing, windsurfing, surfing etc He prob would own a beach bar too! I totally see him now after the young ladies instead but a part of me wishes he was still with Joy, not married but together, no kids, still bickering. That would make my day, week, year! 😍😂

From Windsurfing school to Flying school, Now Dieter has some real bragging rights ! Thanks for these amazing interviews.

Kai made a great point about Sub titles, when it first began some of the scenes with the Danish and Swedish actors were very hard to understand i would imagine it was hard for them as well with English not being their main language so just let them speak their own language and stick sub titles underneath. It was pulling in 10m viewers come the end. The BBC would love those sort of ratings now.

Hi Dave Gosh, you don't realise how quick time passes and how old they are, I had no idea he was in his 90's I'd have said early 80's. I hope he is well, I loved Freddie's character. X

Dave James I'm loving your videos! I'm rewatching Eldorado-- up to episode 123. It improved so much! They made such a mistake in cutting it.
