Nice video on the powder coating process. Have you tried using an e-tank to remove all the rust and most of the paint? They are great and almost no labor.
Great DIY. You are getting hood with the powder coating. Ever consider doing anything bigger? Bars, rack uprights?

I'd love to redo my whole rack but unfortunately I would need a walk in oven!! So i'm limited to what will fit in the toaster ;)

@@CurlsintheRack maybe try a long piece of iron pipe (4-inch waste pipe from an old house demolition) and a heat gun to make a mini tube oven. Unless you really, really want to burn down your garage...
