Definitely not Chinese egg fried rice. The egg is left too long on the heat. It would have lost all moisture and definitely will not be fluffy. He can scramble the egg separately and add at the end. That way the egg will not be dry.

@@annaliesemartinez6307 haha yes they cant show the washing of the rice right just the main procedure how to prepare egg fried rice so they will soak the rice for 10 to 15 minutes wash it one or two times. and while boiling they have put some ghee or oil so that they don't stick to each other. And rice is cooked only to 80 percentage n rest 20 percentage is fried 😁
