For all the viewers who are policing for cleanliness, whether cabbage is washed or left hand used, do you know what they do in all restaurants? How did you conclude cabbage is not washed? This is really simple and easy.... In other videos of home made manchuria I saw adding corn water to manchuria balls to get it juicy .... But it didn't work that much... Just by adding water it came out well here... 👍

Only con flour and maida will make it very dry, add some amount of besan/gram flour, 40-40-20 ratio. It'll not become very hard after keeping for many hours.

@@smr4364 technology is applicable where it is needed. He runs a stall with limited customers. He doesn't need it with the added electricity and product costs. He can save a lot just by doing it himself which is adequate.

@@smr4364 how much time do you think " a dough dispenser" would save? The reason somebody hasn't designed it is because it's impractical and as for the dough mixer. The dough is mixed well before they open their stalls and everything's ready to go. Simple logic!
