Restaurant-style dinner is easy! Few people prepare meat this way
It is so tasty and simple that I can prepare this dish several times a week. Recipe for pork fillet with bacon in garlic-honey sauce. This recipe is very easy to prepare and uses simple ingredients. It cooks very quickly, so this dish is on my table very often. Meat according to this recipe can be cooked both on the stove and in the oven, you can also use the grill. Cook with love! Ingredients and preparation:
600 g pork fillet
Salt
Black pepper
130 g smoked bacon
Thyme (optional)
Capers (optional)
20g butter
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2-3 tablespoons honey (to taste)
Cabbage Recipe:
Cabbage
2-3 tablespoons oil for frying
2 onions
Salt
Black pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp ground fennel
½ tsp sugar
2-3 tablespoons tomato puree (or 1 tablespoon tomato paste)
160 ml chicken broth

I love that the pork was rolled like a cinnamon roll with bacon and capers as fillings (though Jasmine said that the capers are optional). This opens new adventures in food, especially in trying out other vegetables/meats as fillings. This will be a great recipe to try my colleague's homemade bacon and a great dish to prepare at work. I am sure the women at the office would love to try this since they have been asking for something to eat that is cooked at the office. The cabbage will be a hit for those female co-workers who are trying to conceive a baby girl (it is believed that eating cabbage, a lot of it foster the womb to conceive a girl).
