Rest in peace - Mat Durrans (1966 - 2024)

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

It is with great sadness
t hat we share this post.
Mat passed away on the 1st
of June after his year long battle
with brain cancer.
To each of our KZread
community that sent messages
of support during this time,
it meant a lot to Mat and me. He
fought until the bitter end,
and was making plans to ride
his bike this summer
in the Alps.
May he ride forever more!

I'm so sad to learn this. He was so brave, fighting this cancer, being so open about it, and still producing content. My deepest condolences to his friends but first of all to his wife, who was always a part of his videos. He would always find a way to speak about her. I felt honoured that he chose France to produce great content about bikes and riding. Mat was certainly a brilliant and very articulate journalist. But most of all, he showed us that he was a very decent man. Rest in peace, Mat.
