It's funny because it's true. There's no reason Ethan shouldn't have reported the email, and the deputy handled the situation with Ethan pretty horribly. Although Ethan could've interacted with the deputy a bit better, he was clearly going through a lot of stress, and a professional would've called for back-up immediately. I'm glad I'm not the only who noticed these!

do you mean here? or the actual game? because in the game Eveline was too far gone to be saved, and even if she could be redeemed, she would have to live through the fact that she basically caused the infection, brainwashing, and eventual death of a once kind-hearted family. if I were her, I'd rather die than be tourmented with guilt all my life.
