on dvr 7104 hqhi k1 doesn t work . the tftp server is running but the dvr is never connecting and no messege showed

i do it step by step as i see in the vid but the TFTP give this message after dvr reboot: Connect client failure,0

Try disable firewall and enable telnet client. Search how to enable telnet client on windows
