I have dvr oscarvision, model: hs-bh-3008fe. removed battery of CMOS - not worked, time not changed. Used your method short circuit- not work even though there was no beeping. what a strange DVR I have. Tried xmeye app, scanned the qr, not matching. are there other methods that i left?

try to find the 2 holes on the main board where one shape should be square and other is round shape. and output should be 3 dc volt on one point. that should be a reset jumper.

Graphics chip might be an issue. Change your 12v adapter and check once.
