Reset day - getting things done I’ve been avoiding because Anxiety and Depression. Productive day

I’ve been struggling with my mental health recently and I wanted to reset my space and get done some of the tasks I’ve been procrastinating due to my anxiety and depression being a lot recently.
Reminder: everyone with ME/CFS is different! So you or someone you know might have a very different experience with ME/CFS than I do at the moment! Also, remember that chronic conditions such as these can change dramatically over time, so my life may look very different to this in the future (and has be A LOT worse in the past).
Thank you so much for watching!! Make sure to like, comment, and subscribe to see more videos from me most FRIDAYS!

Thanks for videos like these. They make me feel less alone in the world. Me and my daughter both suffer from celiac disease and arthritis/gout. We are both young 34/17, so it’s hard to feel like we “fit in” with the rest of the world because we don’t function the same. I have physical therapy today, so I know tomorrow is rest day.

Thank you for this video, I needed some inspiration and encouragement today to get things done. Living with ME/CFS is challenging for sure.

Thank you for sharing this, it was really motivating and it’s nice to see someone like me trying to get their home back together and sharing how it’s not easy but it’s important. Living with CFS & Fibromyalgia it means a lot to have your channel in my life. So thank you!! 🖤🥰 I recommend breaking each task up into a few more smaller tasks to give your brain the sense of completion and hit of dopamine thru out the day however I’m very proud of you for getting so much done and I enjoyed this style of video. Great work!!

I've been in a similar place with my anxiety and depression, which is not helped by the chronic fatigue. I really need to clean up my room and this helps so much with motivation for that

Living with ME/CFS (and all that comes with it) is not easy. There are so many things that can make a big difference (good or bad) on our energy level and on how we feel. If only it wasn't so challenging to tackle those things... If I only do a little at a time, I can't keep up, because by the time I can do a little more, it's back to what it was, or worse. I've been thinking of doing it all (or at least a lot of it) at once, like you did. I like the term "Reset Day" you're using by the way 😊. I do worry about crashing however... Did you have one after that Reset Day?
