People like YOU!!!!! I have been crying all evening over this stupid yolk that I couldn’t find not knowing if I could bring my daughter to kindergarden tomorrow and having to buy a new baby car seat. Your video saved the day and days ahead!! Thanks to you I can dry my tears, my baby is sleeping (she felt the stress before and was impossible to make her fall asleep until I calmed down) I cannot enough express my gratitude for what it meant to me. You are one savior❤️ And to @britaxroemer shame on you for not giving any information about this anywhere. This woman deserves to be paid for the video she made!🙏

Omg!! Britax needs to tag your video on their website for people like us who did this. I was so stressed that I couldn’t take my child to school tomorrow if I can’t fix it tonight!!! We already gave up on it and was ready to buy a new booster seat that we need to upgrade anyway if we can’t figure out how to get this metal thing out!! I had to first find the metal part’s name as Yoke to find your video. Thank you
