Seeing Dennis with these kids reminds me of a neighbor that my dad was friends with growing up. He was very well off and was always treating us kids well, giving us money for small jobs, and he even bought my brother's and I super expensive Nike's at one point. I will never forget that. Keep on doing this Dennis and it will stick with those kids more than you know. Well done...

As much as I really appreciate these barn finds and hidden family heirlooms seeing the light of day again and being rescued, I wanna see more of the restoration process & results.. please 🥺

What a guy Dennis is, I’ve seen him before on Gas Monkey Garage but only just started watching his videos on KZread. Love the way he treated everyone to a meal and gave plenty of money to the kids. He seems to be a great guy! Hopefully he finishes the Corvette and we can see it here. 1962 the year I was born, so if you want to send it to a Corvette lover in the UK Dennis, I’d be glad to receive it!🤣

Dennis is truly a wonderful person. Always warm hearted and well mannered. I think that having him as a friend is a prize for any person. He is a hard worker and extremely respectful with all. Just a great guy that are hard to find now days. Thanks for the vids, they make my day. Regards and respect from Spain

What i really enjoy of this channel is how great a guy Dennis is, and so generous to the kids. !!

When I first saw Dennis on Fast and Loud. I thought he was just a Trust fund Frat Boy. However after watching him for many years. He impresses me with his kindness and authenticity. Most of these are flips. These guys run adds all over the country and buy cars then flip them for profit. The cost to restore often is more than car is worth.

@@mikeevanoski3313 Agree this one would be a loss after restoration All those birdcages were rusted by the time they were 10 plus yrs old. Many buyers bought a gorgeous restored car only to find out theirs was rotten....total loss

That's awesome how you treat everyone with dignity and respect Dennis. That Model car is not your average Walmart model Autoart in a 1/24 scale can be upwards of $50-$70 and in 1/18 scale can reach the hundreds, what a nice gesture on the part of the family.

Another “Outstanding “ episode. Dennis, you are a true gentleman………the way that you handle the kids is touching. Alex, you do such a fine job, always! Camera work is superb.

I love how they treat Alex and the others like family….it’s because they are! So cool Chelsea let Alex drive her CoPo…so many folks just would not so hats off to her for sharing the great experience!

Great video !! When I came home from the Marines in 1970 I was building nuke plants. One of the guys I worked with was going to Duluth, Minnesota for Thanksgiving and found a 62 Vet under a tarp along side a garage in Superior Wis and asked about it. His brother wanted it but had been laid off. I heard about it next week and drove up and bought it on December 18th 1971 for $750, took the fuelie off put a carb on and drove it home to Illinois. I outran my brotherinlaws mach 1 mustang with 428 cobrajet on the way. I did a frame off and made sure to keep numbers matching all the way.and it took 20 years and 2 divorces to finish it. It was black with black interior. I found the sintered metalic brake shoes at the Bloomington Gold swap meet for $2,000 in the factory boxes. Found a perfect hardtop for $1100. After 43 years of owning it, I sold it in 2014 when I moved. I put 2,000 miles on it and it was like sawing off my arm when I sold it to a great guy near Madison Wis. Thanks for sharing your story and brings back many great Memories.

You can tell those kids are being raised right. I love seeing families like this that gives me hope for the future.

Another Outstanding vid. When Alex asked the young man if he wanted to make a $100, then handed him the bumper out of the trunk, that was just Awesome !!!! That pizza looked great too. Especially Alex's BBQ chicken pizza. One of my favorites. Giving the kids $100 each and letting them introduce themselves was a real class act, as always. Keep the great vids coming. Great rescue on this one. They are still out there. Loved it when Dennis said "as described, I'll take it". Then reality sets in and he says "does this door work"? 😂

Dennis, we watch every Sunday. My wife wants to know why I'm not as thin as you and we eat alike. I'm on a treadmill every morning during the week too! My favorite part is the end where you find that best spot. We always seek out those type spots on vacations. In fact, we asked a local once, where his favorite place to eat was. He took us to his house. His WHOLE family shows up after church on Sunday. Long table for 10 and people are all over the house eating too. After 5 years, we are now best friends with that family. Gene has a 68 Camaro. I drive up my Mustang to Smiths Grove KY and we do shows together. He's my dad's age.. His wife is so much like my mother it's crazy. They also have been to our house in Corinth MS. My boys and I love Mustangs and have many and spend hours and hours in our hobby... Thanks for always taking that time for the kids out there!

I still have my 61. hardtop convertible...was never on the street. E/MP car. Dad got it new and it's low miles...at the dragstrip. only mods are cams and cross ram manifold and wheels. White with blue insert, blue interior with 5 point harness and a little rollbar.

Great find 1962 Corvette .. a beauty when restored ! I would look out my window over seeing the 95 highway in New Rochelle, NY around 1972 when I was around 10 years old and watched these beautiful Corvettes drive by my window -- the best looking cars on the highway were Corvettes and I didn't know much about cars at 10 years old .. good luck restoring that beauty 1962 Corvette .... thanks for sharing
