Repulse is honestly amazing. You have Renown's disadvantages of armor, but you get a RR2 instead of torps. It makes all the difference in BB engagements, and it also nukes cruisers really nice.

I did not enjoy the Renown when grinding the St Vincent line, the Rooke was definitely a lot better a tier up. But this has a faster base reload and RR as well, which makes a surprisingly big difference when you’re trying to finish off a target. The long range dispersion is really wonky, but at medium range it does pack a punch.

I'm really tempted to get her, but I don't want to risk it incase there is something good next month.
